2. Products and Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Due to the handcrafted nature of Dhokra art, slight variations in size, color, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are the hallmark of authentic lost-wax casting.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process. Your order will be processed upon successful payment authorization.

For custom commissions, a non-refundable deposit is required before the prototyping phase begins. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping.

4. Shipping and Returns

₹99 shipping in India · Free from ₹1,499. Standard transit: 3–5 business days after dispatch. The final shipping charge, discounts and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Need your order for a particular date? Please ask us before ordering. Available delivery destinations are confirmed at checkout. Where international delivery is available, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Customers arrange the return and pay the return postage.

Custom commissions are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

To request a return, email info@dhokrahandicrafts.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please contact us for return instructions before posting the item.
