All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Due to the handcrafted nature of Dhokra art, slight variations in size, color, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are the hallmark of authentic lost-wax casting.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process. Your order will be processed upon successful payment authorization.

For custom commissions, a non-refundable deposit is required before the prototyping phase begins. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping.

4. Shipping and Returns

We ship globally using trusted courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Custom commissions are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
